Hive workers are a type of hive creature nearly identical to hive warriors, but they lack the acid spit or rending mandibles of the warrior; they instead have the ability to secrete resin and sculpt that resin. They also wrap cocoons of hive larvae around the victims dragged to the colony by hive warriors; and use hive brutes as beasts of burden.12
