As of 4711 AR, Ilina "Icehand" Ysande was the Sargavan-era ruler of the town of Crown's End, now known as the Vidric town of Silvertree since the Vidric Revolution in 4715–4717 AR. She remains a resident of the town since the revolution.

Background

She was once a slaver.

As administrator, she ensured the town's taxes were paid to the government of Sargava on time, and did her best to make sure as little attention as possible was drawn to the town's smuggling activities.
