The witch-priest Issandra is a Katapeshi elf worshipper of Lamashtu now living on the Lost Coast of Varisia. Unlike most of her peers, she has actually met the Mistmother, their superior in the cult. While living in Katapesh, she led a tribe of kholo.12 The kholo were brought to the Lost Coast on crimson sailed ships and Issandra ordered these kholo crusaders to join the small cults of Lamashtu spread across the region.3
