Interesting as it is not in the list of regions currently on the Cheliax template but, then, they are clearly descriptors of regions rather than names used by inhabitants of Cheliax. Maybe we'll get a full Pathfinder Campaign Setting for Cheliax for the forthcoming AP to explain it all. In the meantime we have a region / province / political territory. So, Cheliax, The Infernal Empire classes Devil's Perch as a region but not an archduchy, the top level administrative region.
