Terminology changes

The following is a summary of new terminology from Tian Xia World Guide.

• Valashai refers to the ancestry, not the empire. (pp 7, 233, 303)
• The empire formed by the Valashai is referred to as the Valashai Empire. (pp 14, 161, 225, 228, 231–236)
• Valashmaian is still the adjective form of the empire (p 234), and "Valashmaian citizen" can refer to the non-Valashai subjects (p 9). The Valashmai Jungle shares the same adjective (p 235). Valashmaian Empire is never used.
