The Mossy Stones on the River are a primarily samsaran cult in Zi Ha that is devoted to the worship of psychopomps, as samsarans are exempt from the cycle of life and death. At least some of their members are not above turning to murder to achieve their goals.[1] They do not wish for humans to learn the truth of samsaran reincarnation as they believe that humans might abuse that knowledge to escape their fates in the Outer Planes, ultimately sabotaging the smooth functioning of the cosmic cycle.[1]
