Savage Peaks
The Savage Peaks are the peaks of the Kelsang Mountains that are not controlled by the samsarans of Zi Ha but instead by other inhabitants. Tribes of brutish giants, flesh-hungry cannibals, and outcast hobgoblins from the neighbouring kingdom of Kaoling live among the Savage Peaks.1 Kaoling also has a small outpost within the Savage Peaks known as Fort Kragang.2
Many of the Savage Peaks are located in either the northernmost reaches of the Kelsang Mountains or in their eastern or western foothills, near neighbouring Kaoling or Chu Ye.1
