Mutants are creatures twisted by long-term exposure to radiation, bizarre magical fields, environmental effects, or evolutionary ancestral quirks. Their mutations can be either advantageous or harmful.1234

On Golarion

On Golarion, mutants are plentiful throughout Numeria, especially in the Felldales where they band together into roving groups.1
