Nikaramsas are asuras reincarnated from heretics who arose from a deity's uncorrected mistake.¹

Appearance

A nikaramsa resembles a muscular giant with two ferocious lion heads, each with a long, black, lashing tongue.²

Ecology

A nikaramsa exploits the hubris and awe of mortal priests by disguising as a deity's messenger and granting divine boons to a congregation all the while constantly imparting heresy as gospel truths and corrupting the faith's blessings, causing the religion to collapse in the wake of its clergy's atrocities.²
