Pobashabla is a city-state in the underwater nation of Xidao, in the Xidao Gulf of eastern Tian Xia. It is located in Western Xidao, the part west of the Aya-Maru trench, and is sometimes referred to as the "western capital" of Xidao.

The city is dominated by the presence of the Xidao Army, which influences the city's culture but also generates tension with separatists who oppose them as an occupying force.
