Uruuknus

Uruuknus is a city-state in the underwater nation of Xidao, in the Xidao Gulf of eastern Tian Xia,¹ and was ancient Xidao's capital. It is located in Eastern Xidao, the part east of the Aya-Maru trench.²

Uruuknus hosts Xidao's largest magical academies and centers of research and is renowned for its sea dragon worship.³
