Yashabaru is the capital of the underwater nation of Xidao, in the Xidao Gulf of eastern Tian Xia, and the largest of its athamaru-ruled1 city-states.2
Geography
Yashabaru is built from bright coral spires and domes encrusted with seashells.2
Government
The High Matriarch Urakadussi rules Yashabaru, and as with many of her predecessors in Yashabaru also commands the respect—if not total authority—of Xidao's other city-states.2
People
As with most major Xidao city-states, Yashabaru's population is dominated by athamarus.2
