Ruksaw the Decapitator was a Matanji orc who is best remembers for founding the Rainkin Academy within the Nine Walls settlement of Witlani. For many years the Rainkin Academy was known as the Academy of Ruksaw the Decapitator, but it changed its name after Witlani became a community exclusively for Witanji dromaar.
