The Sureshire Family originally owned the famous Sureshire Ranch in the Ligos Prefecture of Taldor. Though the last member of the Sureshire family died over six centuries ago, as a result of the heritage and prestige of the Sureshire Ranch, the Sureshire family's name is still remembered. After all, according to apocryphal folk legend, it was the Sureshire Family who bred the first ever horse, by cross-breeding a deer and a unicorn.
