Dragon Champions of the Zodiac vs Starlit Sentinel

Are the Dragon Champions of the Zodiac mentioned on page 21 in Tian Xia Character Guide are the same group as the Starlit Sentinel on 94? They sound similar, though not explicitly mentioned to be the same group, and the text on the Dragon Champions don't explicitly state if there is a cap on membership. --Stejo (talk) 19:59, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
