Please note that Nagrundi in Rivers Run Red is CR 8 based on Tome of Horrors Revised p353. I have updated his stats to accommodate the newer The Tome of Horrors Complete stats, where a two-headed troll is CR 7. I'd stick with the canon version, which is any version that appears in a Paizo product. Even if we take something out of TOHC, we still reserve the right to change a creature's abilities or CR as we see fit for our world, and the OGL allows us to make such adjustments. —Yoda8myhead 21:29, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
