Removed this statement citing a non-canon source for conflicting with the depiction of Bao Ting and description of yaoguai in the glossary of Tian Xia World Guide:

Due to the pain of their creation and existence, some yaoguai seek to kill and escape their creator as soon as possible, and are violently unstable, attacking at the first provocation.
