Time sense is a way to know the exact time, down to the second. Additionally, for certain casters with the correct skills, the cantrip can determine exact durations until certain astronomical events, such as a sunrise, a solstice, or a stellar conjunction. Furthermore, the spell could be used for extremely precise timing, but only once per hour.
