Toduc Wa was once the largest city in the Tian Xia nation of Linvarre, which was formerly the Taldan colony of Amanandar. The Monastery of the Blended Forms, a renowned martial arts retreat inspired by Taldor's Tian-founded Monastery of the Seven Forms, is located in Toduc Wa.

Under Amanandar

Unlike the capital of New Oppara, Toduc Wa does not strictly control it population for defensive purposes, however it citizens, like all citizens of Amanandar, are required to serve in the country's military for at least 5 years. Toduc Wa is growing rapidly as word of Amanandar's prosperity spreads across the rest of Tian Xia and its population is actually much higher than the nation's capital.
