Vannisaria is one of the many cities of the Tian Xia nation of Linvarre, which was formerly the Taldan colony of Amanandar. Vannisaria was founded by Brutus Vannisar and has since been home to multiple generations of the Vannisar family, including General Jiayi Vannisar, Brutus's great-granddaughter and Linvarre's leader as of 4724 AR. The city is also host to the Temple of the Eternal and Exquisite Rose, the largest temple to Shelyn on the continent.

History

Under Amanandar

Unlike the capital of New Oppara, Vannisaria did not strictly control its population for defensive purposes. However, its citizens, like all citizens of Amanandar, were required to serve in the country's military for at least 5 years. Vannisaria was growing rapidly as word of Amanandar's prosperity spread across the rest of Tian Xia.
