Okim is one of the many cities of the Tian Xia nation of Linvarre, which was formerly the Taldan colony of Amanandar. Formerly a military outpost, Okim is now primarily known for its fireworks production, which is said to have drawn organized criminals from Seidoyaji and Todorokaze seeking to sell black powder across neighboring Kwanlai.

History

Under Amanandar

Unlike the capital of New Oppara, Okim did not strictly control its population for defensive purposes. However, its citizens, like all citizens of Amanandar, were required to serve in the country's military for at least 5 years. Okim was growing rapidly as word of Amanandar's prosperity spread across the rest of Tian Xia.
