Varnagan Draston-Meir was the second lord-mayor of Magnimar, with a tenure starting from 4619 AR.[1]
Background
Draston-Meir commanded that the Irespan be quarried for materials to build the Arvensoar and other monuments in 4623 AR, which led to the disastrous unleashing of a shriezyx[2] and subsequent prohibition on damaging the bridge.[1]
