Verex-That-Was was a Spawn of Rovagug transformed from the orc demigod Verex through combined exposure to energies emanating from the Dead Vault and the Godsrain. He became a gargantuan aberration that retained no remaining trace of Verex's former divinity and was driven solely by violence.
