Baroness Vjera is the Jadwiga ruler of the brutal town of Soduras on the northwestern border of Irrisen's Bleakmarch province. She encourages the transient ice trolls, winter wolves, and mercenary bands that use Soduras as a base from which to launch raids into the Linnorm Kingdom of Hagreach across the Iceflow River.
