Waiting Ones
The Waiting Ones are a group of fiends revered by the cambions1 living in the ruined city of Rastel in the Mwangi Expanse. They are believed to be the most powerful of the demons summoned by the region's now extinct Rastel culture.
They are apparently either sleeping or somehow bound beneath the ruins of Rastel.2
