Onmyuza is a particularly hedonistic and debauched ogre mage kishin oni known as the "Dancer in Flesh" whose third eye is stitched shut by three golden rings. She lives underground, in a complex beneath Goka.

One of the rituals performed by those dedicated to Onmyuza involves dipping a needle in sake and then using it to lightly trace over the lines of the worshippers' tattoos.
