Anwigasi, the Penultimate Quill, is the herald of the empyreal lord Winlas. Anwigasi currently dwells in Saruhk, a small community in the Mwangi Expanse.

Background

With the assumed coming of Aroden and the Age of Glory in 4606 AR, Anwigasi went to the town of Saruhk where many pilgrims had gathered in order to help them with the coming celebrations. When this never came to pass, the herald was left with hundreds of frightened and lost pilgrims in his care and dedicated himself to helping them. Under his care and tutelage, Saruhk has now grown into a small, but thriving, scholarly town that Anwigasi fears leaving without his protection, as much as he yearns to return to Heaven.
