As of 4720 AR, Asilia of Gyr was the commander of Starwatch Keep, and therefore of the Starwatch, the military unit charged in keeping order within the city of Absalom. Originally from the Fangwood, she served beside Lord Gyr of Gixx before he became Primarch. A true lover of all things nautical, Asilia spends most of her time on her warship, the Hurricane Wings, rather than in Starwatch Keep. She is fiercely loyal to Lord Gyr and was one of the cornerstones of his grip on power within this fractious city prior to his disappearance around the time of the Fiendflesh Siege of 4717 AR, during which Asilia distinguished herself through her leadership.

She is also an influential member of the city's High Council, where as of 4720 AR she opposed appointing a new Primarch in Lord Gyr's absence while also investigating the former Primarch's disappearance.
