Belsefelek was the commander of the demonic hordes besieging Pulura's Fall, a temple that had been resisting the advance of the Worldwound for a century. Although he is not known to have breached the temple, he knew that the remaining priests were still mortal, and had decided to wait out until they died of old age. In the meantime, Belsefelek kept himself busy by commanding his brimorak and abrikandilu minions to hunt down those that would dare bring aid to Pulura's Fall. Since the closing of the Worldwound at the end of the Fifth Mendevian Crusade in 4718 AR, his current fate remains unknown.
