Fharaas is a velstrac demagogue obsessed with finding universal truths within the patterns of flesh, particularly connections between murderers and victims.12

Appearance

Fharaas resembles a tall, lean human with exaggerated features. He wears an impossibly white blouse and wields a long, wide axe.2

Home

Alhesthellia, Fharaas' sanctuary, is a massive hospital whose patients' unique body parts are amputated, mutilated, and preserved by his cultists. It also consists of dreamscapes created from the thoughts of serial killers.2

Cults

Fharaas' followers read a mortal's destiny from the patterns within its preserved flesh. Some of them even teach that these patterns also reflect the life of one's killer, if a bond exists between the killer and victim. They are further divided into two groups: one seeks to preserve unique body parts, and the other spins conspiracy theories about the sanctity of slaughter.23
