Quartermaster Giwas Walis (pronounced chee-VAHS wah-LEASE) is one of the five generals of the Mizu Ki Hikari resistance movement in Chu Ye. Walis and Lee Mingchuen provide support for the movement's efforts, and like the other generals Walis frequently moves between fortresses to defend herself against the oni nation's assassination attempts.
