Grodairs are fish-like fey creatures native to the First World who contain an extradimensional storage organ that can hold thousands of gallons of water.12

Appearance

Grodairs resemble a bloated fish with two pairs of eyes, long spiny fins on its back, and several tentacles on its belly. A bulbous sac on their spine contains an organ with an extradimensional space into which a grodair can consume and store enough water to transform any region into a bog suitable for its habitation.12

On Golarion

As of 4713 AR, the grodair known as Blegenshy had recently been drawn from the First World into Fangwood Keep.3
