Il'setsya Wyrmtouched

Il'setsya Wyrmtouched is an itinerant alcoholic and pesh addict who resides in the city of Galisemni. She is the most notable of the few people who retain memories of a life given up to the Lethe Wall in Galisemni (in her case, as a male cambion), and uses these memories to her advantage as leader of the Devotees of the Wyrm, a troupe who emulate the proteans and venerate the Watching Seven as exemplars of chaos.¹²
