Kiriltai
As of 7224 IC Kiriltai Khan (pronounced KEY-ril-tai})1 is ruler of Hongal, and therefore most of the Tian-La people. Many of the baga bohds who lead the nation's horse tribes serve him.23
Kiriltai Khan is known for his hunger and ferocious temper, but despite this he is also renowned for his incredible charisma. The people of Hongal claim their khan could talk a horse out of its skin. Kiriltai Khan spends almost no time in Hongal's official capital Ordu-Aganhei, and he and his tribe instead roam the tundra as the Tian-La have done for millennia.23

Kiriltai Khan is advised by his dovlokhuud, which includes his longtime friend and advisor Jaxandra, who helps Kiriltai manage his temper. Jaxandra also leads the secret Silent Storm information-gathering network.3
Relatives
As is tradition, Kiriltai Khan's younger brother Prince Batsaikhar leads Ordu-Aganhei.3
