Menotherian

Menotherian¹ is the embodiment of lust and vengeance and the herald of the goddess Calistria.²³⁴ She appears as either a wasp, a bear-sized wasp, or as a beautiful unblemished elf of any gender.²

After some of Menotherian's lustful dalliances with mortals, she has given birth to offspring, usually elves resembling fey-touched, empyreans, or cambions, though some have enough magic in them to be born as members of Calistria's succubus-like divine servitor race,⁵ including Velvet Wing, one of Menotherian's direct offspring.²
