Canon changes

Divine Mysteries 244–245 makes several mechanical and in-universe canon changes to the Talons of the Godclaw pantheon.

  • The pantheon is renamed from the Godclaw to Talons of the Godclaw.
  • Uirch joins, replacing Torag.
  • The pantheon's domains change from perfection, protection, tyranny, and zeal with duty as an alterante domain, to duty, might, perfection, and protection, with tyranny and zeal as alternate domains.
  • The pantheon's areas of concern change from discipline, laws, order, and strategy to balance, devotion, discipline, and order.
  • The pantheons edicts and anathema change.
    • Edicts change from:
eliminate chaos at its root, be an exemplar of order (worthy of not one, but five), seek the universal laws that transcend individual faiths
to
be an exemplar of divine order and balance, demonstrate the resilience of your faith by shielding others from chaos, instruct others who show promise in the ways of your order
  • Anathema change from:
rest when there is lawlessness to fight, believe you know or understand more than the pantheon
to
profess to understand law or order better than the pantheon, take no action when the presence of chaos has been revealed

There are additional mechanical changes outside of the scope of the project. For details, compare the legacy Godclaw to the Remastered pantheon's statblock on Divine Mysteries 244.
