Nisha Starweather is a interplanar thief from Galisemni in the Maelstrom. Her exploits included a decade of brazen thefts from prominent Chelaxian diabolists, in which she became renowned for always allowing her theft to be witnessed before using a well of many worlds to evade her pursuers. There are no reports of her being caught, and although Chelaxian authorities presume she died from leaping through her well into magma in the Plane of Fire, as of 4710 AR many people believed she survived and had merely moved on to other targets.2
