Nolly Peltry, born Corra Dianthe, is a middle-aged female halfling who is the head of the Bellflower Network in Kintargo, Ravounel. She derived her pseudonym from the protagonist of The Peltry Fables, a series of folk-hero tales, through the inspiration of Laria Longroad, her predecessor as leader of Kintargo's Bellflower Network.1
