Seidoyaji (pronounced say-doh-yah-jee)1 is one of the many cities that dot the tengu kingdom of Kwanlai. The thieves' guild of Seidoyaji is responsible for the Autumn of Iron Tears, a conflict with the thieves' guild of the city of Todorokaze that escalated into a full-blown proxy war between the two cities.2
