Peijia is the largely empty capital of the Tian Xia nation of Bachuan, built on the northern shore of Naikang Bay. Established by the country's founder Grandfather Pei, the city was designed to hold up to 200,000 inhabitants. However, as of 7211 IC barely 50,000 people had followed Grandfather Pei's commands and relocated there, leaving much of the city uninhabited.

As of 7224 IC, many of the city's buildings are overrun with monsters, magical plants, and squatters despite a recent influx of investment in the city.

Notable buildings

The Sun Chamber Council Building houses the nation's ruling Sun Chamber, and is blocks away from the Pei Estate where Grandmother Pei purportedly lives.

As of 7224 IC the southern dock warehouse district had been overrun by the sea drake Illycis and a tribe of grindylows, who face an unusual legal case and are seeking representation to defend themselves.
