The Scintillating Garment is the traditional garment of Runelord Sorshen. Woven of the finest silk and adorned with gemstones, this robe is light and comfortable. It functions as a more powerful robe of scintillating colors with additional powers, and can only be destroyed when immersed in the waters of Sorshen's destroyed runewell.
