Sehema Sarwar, the self-styled Pesh Lord of Twilight Gate, is the daughter of a wealthy Katapeshi money-lender but many call her the Mad Alchemist out of her earshot. After becoming addicted to pesh, she was disowned and became a distributor of the addictive drug. Her base of operations is Twilight Gate, but she has discovered an entrance to the abandoned qanat where she has set up her headquarters.
