Shaguang Rise

The Shanguang Rise is a cliff in Kaoling which has a series of caves below it that were home to many hobgoblins. In the earliest days of the hobgoblin nation, much of the nation's shape was determined by how far from the caves beneath the Shanguang Rise the hobgoblin armies were willing to venture.
