Dhucharg is the capital of the hobgoblin nation of Kaoling in northwestern Tian Xia, and is by far the most impressive of all the country's cities.12

Trade

Dhucharg hosts many visitors from foreign countries, particularly traders interested in hobgoblin-made weaponry. Dhucharg's slave-powered3 forges and foundries turn out vast numbers of good quality weapons that are used to equip the hobgoblin armies but any excess weapons are available for sale. These weapons are mostly sold to Tian-La tribesmen of Shanguang Desert, horseman of Hongal, and even a few amoral merchant consortiums from the trading hub of Goka.4
