Shastiled

The Shastiled is a set of artifacts that are believed to give their wielder great power over all dragons. The Shastiled are believed to be secretly held in the depths of Citadel Cardekriel, protected by a knightly order of silver dragons¹ led by the ancient Pratinaxis.² White dragons³ are believed to seek the Shastiled,⁴ including the ancient white dragon Shelsikarsis, who desperately concocts endless schemes and plots to get one of her agents inside the walls of Citadel Cardekriel.²
