Shastiled is the name given to a set of artifacts that are believed to give their wielder great power over all dragons. The Shastiled are believed to be secretly held in the depths of Citadel Cardekriel, protected by a knightly order of silver dragons led by the ancient Pratinaxis. The ancient white dragon Shelsikarsis desperately seeks the Shastiled, concocting endless scheme and plots to get one of her agents inside the walls of Citadel Cardekriel.[1]
