Remaster Minotaurs of Kortos Retcons?

Monster Core and Howl of the Wild made large changes to minotaur culture as a whole, making them a more passive and less bloodthirsty, intellectual ancestry that is misunderstood. Unsure yet how this will retcon Kortosian minotaurs historical relationship with Absalom, as they need more explanation why they have been written antagonistically to the city like participating in the Sieges of Absalom like the first, the reportedly predominant worship of Lamashtu and Baphomet. Mention of Charikleia and Nuar Spiritskin being kortosian but don't say what is actually true about minotaurs on Kortos. The two recent books hint to past kortosian minotaur lore could be mostly misinformation but waiting on amended Absalom lore. --Stejo (talk) 21:27, 1 August 2024 (UTC)

Barring official clarification or a subsequent canon source, we assume no conflict and incorporate both. I've removed assertions that most minotaurs in general worship Baphomet as that is more clearly overridden by the newer sources. -Oznogon (talk) 17:16, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
