Meta:Minotaur
Retroactive changes
As part of the Pathfinder Second Edition Remaster Project, Monster Core and Howl of the Wild revise several aspects about minotaurs to both make them more flexible as a playable ancestry and distance them from their usage in non-Pathfinder OGL games. Minotaurs retroactively lose their ancestry-wide connection to Baphomet, and their origins are more closely associated with Iblydos. Details in Classic Monsters Revisited about them being carnivorous or cannabilistic hunters of intelligent prey are also relegated to outliers whose actions have fueled myths among outsiders.
