The Yioxat tribe is a kobold tribe that as of 4721 AR labors under the oppression of a devil overlord. When the tribe was subjugated by this local devil, the kobolds feared that their children's souls might be at risk due to the agreements they were forced to enter into with their new ruler. They turned to one of their powerful dragon sorcerers to ward their eggs, resulting in the birth of Urok, a powerful aphorite kobold.1
