Cirussean Ward

The Cirussean Ward is the home of the lesser djinni nobility of the Djinni Empire's capital, Armun Kelisk. One of the seven vast platforms that make up the city of Armun Kelisk, it floats above the scholar's ward of the Luminous Court but lower than the Godsward. The Cirussean Ward is home to the villa and towers of some of the city's most powerful inhabitants and its gardens and parks rival those of even the scholar's district. While many of the city's elite dwell in the Cirussean Ward, they lack the status of those viziers and advisers allowed to dwell within the High Palaces.[1]
