Cyan Keep

The Cyan Keep is the military district of the djinni capital of Armun Kelisk. Floating above the Lower City, the district bristles with barracks, castles, and even a Temple of Irori. The district is dominated by seven great fortresses each housing a vast regiment of djinn. While the djinn generally despise warfare, General Ambra Shelaraskeh and Sultan Zafer XXXVIII both understand the need to defend the Djinni Empire. Though security is extremely tight across Cyan Keep, those with the favour of the Sultan or the General are sometimes granted guided tours of the district.[1]
